Ce que tu feras au quotidien

  • Offrir un support client chaleureux et efficace (même via ticket).
  • Diagnostiquer et résoudre des problèmes d'hébergement : DNS, e-mail, SSL, bases de données, etc.
  • Aider les utilisateurs à configurer leurs services.
  • Collaborer étroitement avec notre équipe technique.
  • Participer à l'amélioration continue de nos process et de notre documentation.

Ce que tu maîtrises déjà

  • Support technique & troubleshooting.
  • Hébergement web, serveurs, gestion de domaines.
  • Communication claire et orientée client.
  • Analyse et résolution de problèmes.
  • Anglais (le français est un vrai plus).

Ce qu'on apprécie en bonus

  • Une expérience en hosting ou support IT.
  • La connaissance de panels (cPanel, Plesk, etc.).
  • Un intérêt pour la cybersécurité ou l'infrastructure.
